Serve Scotland National Launch


The National launch of Serve Scotland takes place on Tuesday, 10th November 2015 at Findlay Church (56 Clarendon Place, Glasgow, G20 7PZ) starting at 6.45pm for tea/coffee and refreshments, event starts 7.15pm. At this event the vision of Serve Scotland will be outlined to church leaders. Fred Drummond, the director of Evangelical Alliance will outline the vision, and Craig Stocks, the pastor of City Church Dundee will talk from the perspective of a local church leader. There will be an outline of the work being done to create a national database of Christian community facing projects. Worship and prayer will also feature strongly.

Serve Glasgow meetings

The Serve Glasgow local network is now holding quarterly meetings. Meetings have a speaker from Glasgow City Council, a spotlight on a good practice project from within the Glasgow area, local and national Serve news, and time for discussion and networking. All church and Christian project leaders from Glasgow are welcome.

Serve Inverness is coming

Following the pilot local networks in Glasgow and Dundee, Serve is coming to the Highlands. A local Serve network is currently being formed in Inverness. Serve projects database now live — add your project to the database

Serve Scotland now has its projects database up and running. As this database builds up, it will become a key resource to enable churches, local authorities and others to find out about community facing projects being run by churches and Christian organisations. It is set up to enable people to enter details of their own projects. If you are a Christian organisation or church running community facing projects, we need to know about you.
